Overview
The Studio Nest is the smallest AeroNest model — a compact premium modular space for clients who need a refined extra structure without crowding the site. At 28 to 42 m², it works as a garden office, guest suite, creative studio, wellness room, or short-stay retreat. Each Studio Nest is built to NZEB performance under Part L 2022, with a closed-panel timber-frame envelope, blown cellulose insulation, and a triple-glazed window package. Heating, ventilation, and bathroom or kitchenette specification are optional pathways agreed before production, so the home is shaped around how it will actually be used.

- Timber-lined interior surfaces and integrated storage planning
