Cookies Notice
This notice describes the cookie practices of aeronesthomes.com. It sits alongside our privacy notice and is governed by the Irish ePrivacy Regulations (S.I. 336 of 2011) and the EU GDPR.
1. The short version
This website currently sets no cookies of its own. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no fingerprinting. We do not load Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any equivalent script. Your visit is not used to build a marketing profile, and nothing on this site shares your behaviour with a third party for advertising purposes.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website may place on your device. Under the Irish ePrivacy Regulations, websites must obtain your consent before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary for a service you have requested.
“Strictly necessary” is a narrow category. It covers cookies that keep a session active, hold a shopping basket, or support login security. Analytics, advertising, and most “preference” cookies do not qualify.
3. What runs on this site

4. If this changes
If we add analytics, embedded video, advertising, or any other service that sets non-essential cookies, we will deploy a consent banner that:
- asks for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set;
- gives “Accept” and “Reject” equal weight, with no pre-ticked boxes;
- lets you change your choice at any time;
- is documented in an updated version of this notice.
Until that happens, no consent banner is needed because there is nothing to consent to.
